Team news  ION looking for teams/players

ION is looking out to expand its roster. A Promising Heroes of Newerth team, a COD4 team, a QuakeLive TDM team and 1 Platinum League or up Starcraft 2 player are invited to contact ION. We are not looking for incomplete lineups or players willing to build teams. The Heroes of Newerth team should have a trackrecord on any of these ladders: gamereplays, ESL, ESH and preferably attend HoN LANs. The COD4 team needs to have cod.academy access, the Quakelive team needs to be ESL active. For the SC2 player the minimal requirement is platinum league placement on the 1v1 ladder. Furthermore we are looking for a HoN scene writer, the position is voluntary and a good grasp of the English language is obligatory. There are no rewards to the writers position. You get to expand your own portfolio and through my personal network i can redirect you to mainstream websites when in need of news writers. Team news  ION COD4 folds

The Independent Offensive Network (ION) announces that the COD4 team has folded. The team formerly known as Team Cliche was picked up by ION almost two months ago based upon results and potential. The pick proved to be right as the results kept flowing in and access to cod.academy was obtained easily. Last week the team topped the Benelux EAS ladder and with two weeks to go they would have qualified for the EMS. However this point was never reached as the team folded two days ago. The ION lineup was as followed: Sacha “Blaxer” Hoogland Joshua “davsie” Jones Max “ChemisTT” Edwards Dennis “DENNN” Van Esser Jelle “Swift” Raeymaeckers Statement "JiMmYION": "Even though it usually takes us ages to pick a decent COD4 team, we have always been on the correct side of the balance. The team matched the ION profile very well and results looked promising. On occassion an inner struggle would pop up over a weapon or tactics but usually the team managed to work it out. But unfortunately the last time these arguements occurred the team could not find the energy anymore to fix the problems. As of this weekend ION is without a COD4 team and back on the market to search for a new one once more. Thanks to the whole team for proving me i made the rights choice and sticking with us for as long as it lasted. Good luck to all your COD4 and in real life endeavours".

Team news  ION Quakelive team folds

ION regrets to announce the fold of their Quakelive team. Due to inactivity issues within the team and an offer to join DkH with fellow Quakelive players the active members will leave us. We especially thank Christian 'Arkarius' Kirch for building two Quakelive teams for us in the past and making sure ION was able to keep a profile within the popular game. Thanks to all the members for representing us, showing good sportmanship to the opponents and the advertisement you made for ION. We wish you all the best within Quakelive and all your in real life endeavours. The ION Quakelive lineup was: Arkarius Ro_0bbe senSai wskn th3vIL r0b1n Statement Christian 'Arkarius' Kirch (Team Captain): Through the last weeks we suffered some losses in our team due to the inactivity of members. After not beeing able to finish the last AVA Trophy properly, we decided to take a summerbreak and then restart. After the break of some weeks it came up that we were asked to team up with some other people and join DkH, a well known german clan. We thought about it the last 2 weeks and the majority of the active rest decided to team up with those other players since all of them are pretty good and nice. That leaves me with thanking ION for providing us with the support. I'll still will peek in like every day and check out whats up with ION for sure! Keep up the good work and good luck with ur future ambitions in all games! Thanks a lot again!
